Mindfulness, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) by Jon Kabat-Zinn and that by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, are Practices of bringing one’s full attention to the Present Moment, with an attitude of Openness, Acceptance, and Non-Judgment.
